Terms of Service
Disclaimer: I have the right to do the following as the artist providing the service:
-
Refuse to begin the commission until full payment is paid upfront.
-
I only work with those above the age of 18, and any one under that age must have a parent contact me with proof. I WILL NOT do NSFW art for you if I feel you are under 18.
-
Other than deadlines, I'm allowed to take as much time as needed in order to complete the commission. Average turnaround time is one month
-
Deny you service based on my own judgment of my abilities or any ill/negative impression you leave that makes me worry for my mental, or otherwise, safety. (i.e. threats, severe disrespect, etc)
-
I have the right to deny drawing certain themes. These include severe gore, drug content(minus alcohol/nicotine content), or certain fetishes.
-
I will not draw themes of racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, sexism, and other offensive topics. Requesting these will automatically get you blacklisted permanently.
II. Payment
-
I accept USD via paypal, or Deviantart Points for artwork.
-
Payment is to be sent, received, and confirmed before any work begins on the commission.
-
Payment will be decided via note, email, or other forms of communication before it is sent.
-
I do not give refunds once the lining WIP has been sent.
-
Refunds will be offered after four months of no WIP or progress on the art piece. Remember that there is an average turnaround time of one month.
If payment is sent by Paypal;
-
You must be careful to specify to Paypal that there is no shipping address, lest I must refund you in order to avoid legal trouble due to a digital service being unable to provide shipping labels and related proof of confirmation.
-
I will never require you to pay extra due to Paypal fees, do not worry about covering those!
III. Distribution
-
It is crucial that you do not copy, repost, redistribute, sell, manufacture, or in any shape or form reproduce my artwork unless the art is of your character and/or you have express written permission from me to do so.
-
If the art is of your character, or you have a design of mine, you are able to display it on any website or character hub with credit.
-
You, as the commissioner, may not use my work to advertise, or any other form that will make you money, unless the art is included in selling the character, or you are selling a design with permission.
IV. Commissions and Miscellaneous
-
Prices and Terms of Service are always flexible and subject to change.
-
I will always be willing to negotiate within a certain raise, but prices listed are usually the minimum accepted.
-
If for some reason there are major reasons that I cannot complete your commission, you will get full payment refunded.
-
If you harass me or treat me with disrespect in the process of the commission, I will stop your commission, and you will be banned from ordering me in the future.
-
I do my best to please the commissioner - as long as you are specific, decisive, and polite, we will have no troubles and the transaction will be a pleasant one. Communication is necessary for us both to be satisfied.
-
I can record and provide speedpaints/video processes for you if you ask for a minor extra price!
V. Adoptables
Adoptables carry more specific rules and tend to vary in such depending on what it is being sold.
-
Obey the rules on the deviation, as they may be different depending on what it is.
-
Mind the price and/or method of offering/purchase, and pay in the amount of time specified.
-
Custom Characters and Adopts are allowed to be resold for any amount, traded, gifted, revamped, bred, etc. However, please alert me to any changes in ownership. The only exception to reselling/trading/revamping/etc are designs of closed species in which they will have their own set of rules.
-
You may make changes regarding my designs, including adding any amount of items and hair, but anything that makes it indistinguishable from the original design is not allowed.
-
Maintaining credit is crucial. Do not use a character without crediting me properly.
Art Commissions
Upon commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to the following things:
-
You will cooperate in giving the information needed to complete the commission and be respectful when discussing with me.
-
You will pay before the commission is started. I give a period of two weeks for full payment to be received. If I do not receive payment, or update, by the end of the deadline, your slot will be cleared.
-
That the character(s) you are commissioning art of is yours, with the exception of tryout art, gift art, co-ownership. If your art falls under any of these, please include them in your commission form.
-
All rights to the art are mine, even if the character(s) pictured belong to you or another. I hold copyright over my creations, and I have right to display them publicly as I please, however I will never claim ownership of the characters within. Basically you may not claim you drew the art.
-
A digital reference will be provided, with custom designs or rare conditions as exceptions. This does not have to be a three view ref and a simple base edit or other image works. Please make sure the image contains all the design needed for the commissioned piece(i.e. fullbody ref for a fullbody piece) as I will not guess.
-
You must stay in contact with me, especially in long term cases to receive WIPs and otherwise, and eventually your finished commission. You may also chose to void the WIP or give artistic liberty, in which you'll see nothing but the finished product.
-
You will be understanding of any setbacks due to my personal life interfering on a day-to-day basis, and acknowledge that I do have a life to lead outside of this service.
-
You understand that I will only edit a piece three times, anything above that is liable to extra charges. I will not re-draw the entire piece if it is finished and will only edit, as you've had time to tell me you don't like the pose with the WIP(or in the case of artistic libery/WIP-less pictures you're trusting me with the art completely)
-
You are commissioning me for my style, so do not tell me to draw them in someone else's style. I will not do this.
-
You have read this article and are aware of all my terms before commissioning or buying open adoptables.
-
You are aware of the distribution rules in particular.
-
You will not remove my signature from any of my works
I. Fursuit Commission T.O.S.
Upon commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to the following things:
-
You will cooperate in giving the information needed to complete the commission and be respectful when discussing with me.
-
I only accept paypal/usd for fursuits, I will not accept any other forms of payment.
-
I require no down payment, however that means I will not refund under 50% of the commission's price.
-
Payment plans start at $100 a month.
-
You will pay in a timely fashion, or you forfeit the slot. I require a minimum of $100 per month until the suit is fully paid off
-
That the character(s) you are commissioning a suit of is yours, no exceptions. I do back image searching and I will find out if the character is yours or not, and you will be banned from my services if I discover it's been stolen.
-
All rights to the suit are mine, even though you own it. I'm the creator, and I do not accept anyone else to claim creation of my products, your character or not.
-
A digital two-view reference must be provided. I will not create a suit off description(artistic liberty suits excluded) or traditional reference. A two-view reference is a front and back view of the character.
-
You must stay in contact with me, no ifs, ands, or buts. If you refuse contact with me for over a month, your commission will be put on hold so I can work on other more responsive and active commissioners. After three months you will forfeit your slot and gain a black mark.
-
You will be understanding of any setbacks due to my personal life interfering on a day-to-day basis, and acknowledge that I do have a life to lead outside of this service.
-
Refunds are provided for any amount over 50% of the commission. Example, if the suit costs $1000 and you pay $400, you are not open to a refund. If you pay $600, you will get a $100 refund. This rule is in place due to the lack of a down payment for more open flexibility for commissioners.

You are aware of the distribution rules in particular.

You will not remove my signature from any of my works
